About
Based in Bogotá, Colombia. I studied economics at Universidad de Los Andes (cum laude) and work on biosecurity, AI uplift, AI safety, and EA community building.
I'm the technical co-founder of Cliver, and have worked on AI policy, ML research, and education—including leading several ML and AI safety bootcamps throughout Latin America.
